Pickup & Delivery

All sales are local pickup only unless a listing specifically notes delivery availability. Pickup is by appointment only. The exact pickup address in Northwest Las Vegas (near Ann & Jones) will be provided on the day of your scheduled appointment.

Delivery is available on select items for an additional fee. Delivery fees are listed on individual product pages where applicable. For items marked "delivery available — contact for pricing," the fee is negotiated based on distance and item size.

Sales Tax

Nevada state and local sales tax of 8.375% applies to all purchases and will be collected at the time of sale. Prices displayed on this site do not include tax.

Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment at time of pickup or delivery:

Item Condition

All items are inspected before listing. Product conditions are defined as follows:

• New – Open Box: Item is unused. Original packaging has been opened but contents are complete and unaltered.
• New – Scratch & Dent: Item is unused but has cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or scuffs. Fully functional.
• Like New: Item shows little to no signs of use. All original components present.
• Good: Item shows normal signs of use. Fully functional with minor cosmetic wear.
• Fair: Item shows noticeable wear or may be missing minor accessories. Functionality noted in listing description.
• Poor: Item has significant wear or cosmetic damage. Sold as-is. See listing description for details.
• Salvage: Item may not be fully functional. Sold for parts or repair only. No warranty.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy on defective items for products listed in New – Open Box, New – Scratch & Dent, Like New, Good, or Fair condition, subject to the following conditions:

• The defect must be reported within 14 days of the purchase date.
• The item must be returned in the same condition as sold, with all original components.
• Returns are for defects only — change of mind returns are not accepted.

Items listed in Poor or Salvage condition are sold as-is with no warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise in the listing description.

Availability

All inventory is subject to availability. Listings are removed once an item is sold. Duck Resale is not responsible for errors in pricing or product descriptions and reserves the right to cancel a sale in the event of a material error.
